Each point represents a graph, where each graph is a \(Mix^-\) graph after applying swapping for a fraction of nodes with a certain random seed for swapping. We see a positive correlation between \(\rho\) and the GNN accuracy for homophilic datasets (top row), and no obvious correlation for non-homophilic datasets (bottom row)
