The MME overlays the minimisation method (blue, green respectively) in all plots; the same is true of the Bayes methods with minimisation and link cascade priors (red and purple respectively). In e all apart from the link cascade method are overlaid. The error bars in some places are very small, in part because we are considering root mean squared error and additionally the y axis is log-scaled
