From left to right, we display respectively (i) the entire sub-graph obtained from the ECG part that contains the seed, (ii) a connected sub-graph with ECG edge weights above 0.1 containing the seed, and (iii) a connected sub-graph with ECG edge weights above 0.72 containing the seed. While the first plot has many spurious nodes, as we zoom in, most nodes we retain are in the same true community as the seed node
