Accuracy of predictions is presented using 5 ×2 cross-validation F1-scores. Mean accuracy values are shown for real network datasets on GS and GS(LBL) along with the T-statistic which describes the difference in means of the GS and GS(LBL) vectors of prediction probabilities statistically.
