All the parameters are here settled as in scenarios 1 and 2, only \(N_3(0)\) varies. In particular, scenario 1 is for \(N_3(0)=5\), while scenario 2 is for \(N_3(0)=295.\) Here, the maximal capacity of node 3 is \(N_3^{max}=500\). If the refuge node is quite full from the beginning, panic reaction can get the upper hand
