Each figure illustrates the effect of voluntary quarantining (\(\delta\)) and the degree of testing (q) on total COVID cases, averaged across ten trials. For both axes, the experiments are conducted at intervals of 0.05 from 0 to 0.3. Gaussian process regression is used for interpolation. The vertical lines show testing at two different levels, and the horizontal lines show where the two levels of testing result in similar case counts
