From: Incorporating dynamic flight network in SEIR to model mobility between populations
\(R0_{CAN}\) estimation for reopening simulation. Flight-SEIR is fitted to confirmed cases from June 1st to August 1st, approximately 2 months before the reopen date. We run grid search in the range of [0.50, 0.80] and find the best fit to be 0.63.
