Coupling edges of a same node resemble loops except they are defined across two layers. We may notice that: the transition coupling \(L_2{-}L_3\) shows a slightly higher index since there are more transitions for this coupling; the homogeneity H is (almost) maximal since both layers are (almost) equally intertwined (only 2 layers, actual \(H \approx 0.99986\))
