The computational implementation of feedback loop in TNFα release during inflammation. Continuous activation of microglial, astrocyte and extracellular release of TNFα as the feedback mechanism expressed using a simple feedback loop. The extracellular TNFα (exTNFα) bound to microglial TNFα receptor, (mTNFR1) and led to the production of microglial TNFα (mTNFα) inside the microglia. The excess TNFα was released outside and initiated its own microglial release. exTNFα could also bind to its receptor in astrocyte (aTNFR1) and released inside astrocyte (aTNFα) which again triggered its own release
