The evolving network of interorganizational labor flows. Organizations are represented by nodes in the network. Nodes have organizational-level properties: total amount of employees a given year, and belonging to the public or private sector. Employee movements between organizations are the links in the network, in this case directed edges. The flow w _ij represents the number of employees that moved from organization i to j that given year. Edges are weighted by their respective flows. All variables are a function of time and may change on a yearly basis
